Tennessee is 3-4 but has a great opportunity to win its final five games of the regular season, beginning with Saturday’s game at Kentucky.

Here are five impact players to watch as Tennessee tries to defeat its border-state rival:

1. QB Joshua Dobbs: The dual-threat quarterback should find open receivers against a Kentucky defense allowing 232 passing yards per game. Last Saturday, Prescott accounted for six TDs and 465 total yards against Kentucky.

2. DE Corey Vereen: The junior came up big last week against Alabama with two sacks and five tackles. Vereen could keep some of the Kentucky offensive line’s attention away from star DE Derek Barnett.

3. OG Jack Jones and OT Chance Hall:  These true freshmen did an excellent job run blocking against Georgia and Alabama, but have been suspect in pass protection. To have success throwing, Dobbs needs time to go through his progressions and find open receivers.

4. RB Jalen Hurd: The sophomore has been consistent. Other than picking up 68 yards on only 11 carries in limited duty in a blowout of Western Kentucky, Hurd has rushed for at least 80 yards in every game this season.

5. PK Aaron Medley: After missing all three of his field-goal attempts against Alabama, Medley needs to get back on track. This game could come down to a late field-goal attempt.
