I now pronounce you Vol and wife.

Tennessee fans Ashley Armes and Daniel Dickson not only love one another, but also their team. So much so that they decided to get married at a tailgate party prior to the Vols’ season opening game against Utah State Sunday at Neyland Stadium.

“We’ve always loved the Vols,” Armes told the Sporting News. “[My friend] said ‘Why don’t you do a tailgate wedding?’ so that’s how it came about.”

Armes and Dickson were wed before a crowd of friends and family dressed in orange and white. The bride wore a checkeboard pair of overalls with a white Tennessee jersey and flip-flops. The groom wore a Tennessee t-shirt, jeans and a black Vols cap. Guests of the event gave the happy couple custom beer coozies as wedding gifts.

The wedding night ended on a happy note as Tennessee went on to defeat Utah State 38-7.
