The 2015 class is shaping up to be one of Tennessee’s best in school history following Thursday’s commitment from four-star linebacker Quart’e Sapp:

The Milton, Ga., native is ranked the nation’s No. 231 overall prospect and No. 14 outside linebacker in the 247Sports Composite. He chose the Vols over Michigan State, a program he visited last weekend.
