Cordarrelle Patterson gave the Minnesota Vikings a 20-14 lead with a 93-yard kickoff return in the second quarter of Sunday’s game against the Oakland Raiders.

The former Tennessee wide receiver initially fumbled the kick, but quickly scooped it up and, with the help of several blocks, raced 93 yards untouched for a touchdown.

It was Patterson’s third career kickoff return for a touchdown. He ran back two kicks for scores in 2013.

Patterson is in his third season with the Vikings. He played for Tennessee in 2012 and 2013, and was a first round pick in the 2013 NFL Draft by the Vikings.
