Trey Baldwin, a 3-star linebacker from Mizzou’s 2016 recruiting class, announced on Thursday that he was leaving the Tigers.

Baldwin took to Twitter to thank the university for giving him a chance to play, but said he would pursue other options:

Baldwin doesn’t know where he’ll transfer yet, but will likely look into other options in the coming months.

Baldwin, a Texas native, was also recruited by Texas A&M, Arkansas, Illinois, Memphis, Boise State and other schools. Whether any of those other schools will pursue Baldwin remains to be seen.
