A pair of SEC players landed on Pro Football Focus’ list of top freshman in college football through Week 3.

The top-ranked SEC representative on the list was Tennessee offensive lineman Trey Smith, who came in at No. 4 with a grade of 85.1.

Smith serves as the Volunteers’ starting right guard. His next appearance will come Saturday, as Tennessee hosts UMass at Neyland Stadium.

LSU offensive lineman Ed Ingram, who rotates as the team’s starting right guard alongside fellow freshman Saahdiq Charles, was in a three-tie for fifth alongside Ohio State running back J.K. Dobbins and Arizona safety Scottie Young Jr. All three received a grade of 83.5.

Ingram and the rest of his LSU teammates will take on Syracuse at Tiger Stadium Saturday.

Utah cornerback Jaylon Johnson topped the list with a grade of 86.9.
