When Khwan Fore decided to leave Richmond as a graduate transfer, he quickly settled on Tennessee, committing to coach Rick Barnes’s program for the 2018-19 season.

However, it now appears that something has changed for the talented guard and he won’t be heading to Knoxville after all.

According to reporter Ellie Lieberman, Fore will be reopening his recruitment and exploring other options:

Last season, Fore averaged 11 points, 3.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game for the Spiders, and has been a key part of Richmond’s lineup for the past two seasons.

Where he goes next remains to be seen, but for now, he’s keeping his options open and the Vols are out of a guard they thought they’d have this fall.
