Radio host has perhaps the worst take of the year, calls Tua Tagovailoa ‘overrated’

What Alabama QB Tua Tagovailoa has done this year — 27 touchdown passes and one interception — is nothing short of amazing by any metric.
However, in the media world, you’re always going to have those who want to make a name for themselves by trying to have the worst contrarian take.
This week, that honor goes to New Jersey radio host and writer Joe Giglio, who had the nerve to call Tagovailoa overrated, as you can see in the tweet below:
Tua Tagovailoa is overrated. Tim Tebow with a slightly better arm, and nothing more than a product of all the talent around him at Alabama.

First of all, “Tim Tebow with a slightly better arm” isn’t exactly an insult. Secondly, yes, Tagovailoa has an insane amount of talent around him, but he’s doing more with it than other Alabama quarterbacks have been able to do.
However, this guy is stuck in Jersey watching Rutgers, so we forgive him for not understanding what good football looks like.
