The Georgia Bulldogs first LOI Wednesday morning was from the nation’s No. 1 prospect Nolan Smith (Bradenton, FL).
After a somewhat entertaining recruitment that led the talented DE on several different visits, all is well with Smith in Athens. There wasn’t much speculation that he’d end up elsewhere, but nonetheless, it’s still great to have his signed papers in.
Smith is ranked as the nation’s No. 1 overall prospect, per 247Sports Composite Rankings, and he should see the field immediately in 2019.
