Nebraska’s Alante Brown may not attempt another hurdle anytime soon.

The Cornhusker wide receiver tried to hurdle Michigan’s Mike Sainristil after a 13-yard gain, and the cornerback hit the trail leg, which lofted Brown higher into the air where DJ Turner hit him in pinball fashion. ESPN’s Robert Griffin III reacted on the broadcast, and said, “Oh, he hit him right in the goons,” and added that it, “did not look like it felt good.”

Brown somehow stayed on the field for the next play.

Michigan leads 31-3 with less than 2 minutes remaining, as that was Brown’s only catch of the game.

Brown, a sophomore from Chicago, has played in every game with 8 starts this season at wide receiver. He has caught 13 passes for 161 yards, which are career highs in both categories.
