The Manvel, Texas, prospect is rated as the No. 20 overall running back in the 2016 recruiting class and the state’s No. 56 overall prospect, according to 247Sports’ Composite Rankings.
The 5-10, 220-pound back becomes Ole Miss’ 17th commitment for the class of 2016. Pennamon is the second prospect from Texas in the recruiting class.
A graduate of the University of Florida and founder of Saturday Down South, Kevin is a college football enthusiast.
