Alabama adds 2024 commitment from 4-star LB out of North Carolina

Alabama has picked up another blue-chip commitment for its 2024 recruiting class.
Linebacker Cayden Jones out of Christ School in Arden, North Carolina announced his pledge to the Crimson Tide during a live ceremony on Friday afternoon.

Jones is listed at 6-4, 210 pounds. On the 247Sports composite rankings, Jones is rated 4-stars, the No. 2 North Carolina recruit, No. 14 linebacker and No. 155 prospect overall nationally in the 2024 recruiting class.
Jones has picked up offers from 21 schools during his recruitment. He chose the Crimson Tide over South Carolina, Tennessee, North Carolina and others. UA extended its offer to Jones after a campus visit in January.
