Alabama already has the No. 1 overall recruiting class in the country this year and is on pace to achieve the best-ever signing class, so it should be no surprise that Nick Saban’s crew added yet another 5-star player on Wednesday afternoon.

WR Devonta Smith, a four-star receiver from Louisiana, chose the Crimson Tide over LSU and several other SEC schools on National Signing Day:

According to 247Sports, Smith is the No. 3 receiver in the class of 2017 and the No. 1 overall prospect out of the state of Louisiana.

The 6-foot-1, 180-pound wide out has put together quite the high school highlight reel, which can be seen below:

Alabama’s top-rated recruiting class now has seven 5-star players with the addition of Smith, and the day isn’t over yet.
