Alabama installs misting fans at Bryant-Denny Stadium ahead of Saturday’s early kickoff
The SEC isn’t going to stop scheduling Alabama for early kickoffs, so the Crimson Tide are finding other ways to combat the heat.
Alabama athletic director Greg Byrne announced in a video posted via Twitter on Thursday evening that the football program has placed 16 misting fans at Bryant-Denny Stadium. The goal is to add 12 more before next Saturday.
Byrne also wrote the stadium will add six more water monsters. There will now be three water monsters in the student section alone.
