The Alabama Crimson Tide are playing catchup in the 2020 recruiting rankings, looking up at LSU (No. 2) and Clemson (No. 1) entering Monday.

On Monday evening, though, they made another big addition to their class, picking up a commitment from a 4-star receiver out of the Miami area.

As you can see below, WR Thaiu Jones-Bell announced via Twitter that he was committing to Nick Saban and the Crimson Tide:

Per the 247Sports composite, Jones-Bell is the No. 22 wide receiver in the class of 2020 and the No. 14 overall recruit from the state of Florida.

Jones-Bell is the 17th player in the Crimson Tide recruiting class, which currently ranks No. 2 in the SEC and No. 3 in the nation, per 247Sports.
