VIDEO: Previewing Alabama’s dynamic running back position

The Alabama Crimson Tide return a loaded backfield in 2017, and it may be college football’s best.
While Bo Scarbrough and Damien Harris are the two leaders, don’t forget about returner Josh Jacobs either. Scarbrough brings the thunder and lightning — scored 11 TDs in 2016, while Harris is the Tide’s leading returning rusher with 1,040 yards last season. Jacobs is an interesting changeup from both, as he rushed for 564 yards and four TDs last season.
In addition to the returning trio, freshmen Najee Harris and Brian Robinson enter the fold, too. Harris, of course, was ranked as the nation’s No. 3 overall player in the class of 2017. Robinson was rated as the nation’s No. 7 overall running back, too.
New OC Brian Daboll will certainly have a few toys to play with in his offense this season, but the biggest question is how will he keep all five happy?
That’s certainly a good problem to have.
