Arik Gilbert has finally made his decision but fans and coaches will still have to wait a few more days to find out which program lands the nation’s top tight end prospect.

The standout receiver/tight end from Marietta High School in Marietta, Ga., announced his finalist on Tuesday morning. The nation’s top tight end plans on committing to one of five schools: Alabama, LSU, Georgia, Texas A&M or Clemson. Gilbert plans on announcing his decision publicly on Wednesday during his All-American Bowl jersey ceremony.

The 6-foot-5, 253-pound Gilbert is rated as the nation’s No. 10 overall prospect and the No. 2 prospect from Georgia in the 2020 recruiting cycle according to 247Sports Composite Rankings. In recent months, Gilbert has visited all five of the schools that made his final cut.
