With so many former players in the league, Bama-on-Bama crime is bound to occur in any NFL game.
On Monday night, it happened when Dallas Cowboys cornerback Trevon Diggs picked off a pass from Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts. As an added bonus, the pass was intended for DeVonta Smith, who slipped.

Diggs’ pick-6 extended the Cowboys’ lead over the Eagles to 27-7 in the third quarter. It was Diggs’ third pick of the 2021 season and his second time intercepting his former Alabama teammate.
Diggs’ first career college reception was a 14-yard throw from Hurts against the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers in 2016.
