OL Brandon Kennedy spent the first part of his career at Alabama before finishing at Tennessee.

The talented lineman was part of the 2015 and 2017 title-winning teams for the Crimson Tide before moving on to finish his college career with the Vols.

As he prepares for the 2021 NFL Draft, Kennedy spoke with The Spun, where he was asked about the difference in coaching styles between Nick Saban and Jeremy Pruitt:

The Spun: You transferred from Alabama. What would you say was different about Nick Saban compared to your other coaches?

BK: I think the biggest thing about Nick Saban is that it’s more of a business, you know what I’m saying? That’s not a bad thing, but everything there is ran in a business sense. So basically it comes down to what’s going to help you win. I think that’s what has contributed to their success as a team. With [Jeremy] Pruitt, I think he’s more of a personable coach. I think that’s the biggest difference.

Obviously, it should come as no surprise to anyone that Saban runs his teams like a business and that other coaches might be more personable, but it’s tough to argue with the results Saban produces!
