Brandon Miller, former Alabama star, weighs in with bizarre answer to NBA G.O.A.T. debate
Brandon Miller is one of the top prospects in the 2023 NBA draft, considered to be a top 3 pick this Thursday evening.
Prior to the draft on Wednesday, Miller was asked to weigh in on the G.O.A.T debate – to which 95% of pollers would answer with either Michael Jordan or LeBron James.
Not Miller. With a completely straight face, Miller argues that Paul George is the Greatest of All Time.
“I actually don’t think LeBron is the GOAT of basketball… My GOAT of basketball is Paul George.”

Paul George is underappreciated in the NBA today, but let’s face it: he’s not in the same stratosphere as either of the names already mentioned. He’s not in the same stratosphere as many legendary NBA players, in fact.
It’s likely that Miller is instead implying PG-13 is who he is stylistically inspired by rather than thinking he is legitimately a better player than James or Jordan, who have 10 combined rings compared to George’s zero.
