Brian Robinson Jr. will see his Alabama career come to an end on Monday night, and with that in mind, Robinson has shared his pre-game mentality.

“My mentality is just I want to lay it all on the line for my team, for my school, with this being my last time suiting up for Alabama, I just want to leave no doubt that this university is like truly in my heart, and I love it,” he said at a press conference on Saturday. “And I’ll do anything to see us come out on top one more last time before I have to leave.”

Robinson enters the national championship coming off a huge Cotton Bowl when he was selected as the Offensive Most Valuable Player after a record-setting performance. Robinson rushed for a career-high 204 yards on 26 carries to average a whopping 7.8 yards per carry.

The 204 yards were the most by an Alabama tailback in a bowl game, as he was a main reason why Alabama had a season-high 301 rushing yards, also a program-best mark for a bowl.
