There’s no other way to say it, Clemson whooped Alabama back in January.

The Crimson Tide’s 44-16 loss to the Tigers was the worst of the Nick Saban era in Tuscaloosa and Alabama likely won’t be able to get that taste out of its mouth until the program takes the field against Duke in the 2019 season opener. One thing that may help motivate the program even more for the upcoming season is the new gravestone featured on Clemson’s campus.

If you were unaware, Clemson honors big wins in the program’s history by putting up gravestones on campus. The latest gravestone comes following the program’s win in the College Football Playoff National Championship Game. If that doesn’t motivate Alabama to bounce back and defeat the Tigers, nothing will.
