Cowboys owner Jerry Jones reacts to Trevon Diggs’ incredible start to 2021 season
Former Alabama cornerback Trevon Diggs is having a breakout year as a second-year player for the Dallas Cowboys. The young player has already garnered NFC Defensive Player of the Month to start the season and has intercepted a ball in all of the Cowboys games so far this year. Diggs has collected a total of 6 interceptions (he had two picks in one game).
Diggs is becoming a shutdown corner in the NFL which pleases Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. Jones praised Diggs’ instinct for having a nose for the ball like a wide receiver.
Jones commented on Diggs during a recent radio interview.

Diggs will see if he can get interception No. 7 when the Cowboys face his former college quarterback Mac Jones as the Cowboys face the New England Patriots Sunday.
