Alabama knew they were getting a talented prospect when five-star prospect Evan Neal signed to play for Nick Saban’s Crimson Tide program, but you never really know how much work touted prospects are going to put in once they arrive on campus.

While Neal has never given anyone reason to doubt his work ethic, the suggestion was laid to rest in impressive fashion recently as Alabama’s Matt Rhea shared an incredible training video clip of the young lineman.

Keep in mind, Neal is 6-foot-7, 360-pounds. For the average person that size, simply leaving the ground takes effort but what Neal did in the video takes a unique combination of strength, power and coordination.

After starting 13 games during his true freshman season at Alabama, he was honored as a Freshman All-American by season’s end, Neal returns to Tuscaloosa hoping to prove he may just be the best offensive lineman on his team — which would likely make him the best lineman in the nation.
