We probably don’t need to remind anyone that we are just a week away from Alabama taking on Clemson in the College Football Playoff national title game.

But we will anyway.

Nick Saban’s squad will go for its four national title under his direction, and a Crimson Tide win could give the SEC its eighth national championship in the last 10 seasons.

The cherry on top would be beating Clemson, which remains as an unbeaten and is a persistent thorn in the side to many of the conference’s programs.

So it’s understandable that all fans would be excited to see this one go Alabama’s way.
