Derrick Henry remains a monster running back for the Tennesse Titans. However, the former Alabama star is not just a terror on the ground.

Throughout his career, Henry has clicked on a number of trick plays for the Titans. They dialed up his number once again with Henry pulling up to throw deep after one handoff.

The play worked beautifully with Henry and the Titans selling the run. It opened up an easy pitch-and-catch between Henry and tight end Chigoziem Okonkwo for the game’s first touchdown.

While he does not have a lot of passing stats, Henry’s work through the air has incredible efficiency. He is now 7-for-9 passing the ball with 4 touchdowns in his career. Those are the kinds of numbers that will make even a quarterback jealous.

While at Alabama, Henry rushed for more than 3,500 yards and 42 touchdowns while capturing the 2015 Heisman Trophy. However, he did not have a passing touchdown with the Crimson Tide.

Props to Tennessee for uncovering another special talent for Henry to go with his destructive runs on the ground.
