One of the most dynamic players in college football is Alabama’s Derrick Henry. He’s also one of the strongest, filling out his impressive 6-3, 245-pound frame.

Most said he wouldn’t be a running back. He’s defied those odds, and now, several NFL voices are starting to express Henry’s first-round projection in the 2016 NFL draft.

So, what does Henry do while training during the summer? He pushes Ford F-150s and flips massive tires.

I’m tired just watching him.
