Following in Tua’s footsteps: Taulia Tagovailoa commits to Alabama

Though Tua Tagovailoa won’t be playing in Alabama’s A-Day game, the Tagovailoa family still made some big news.
That’s because Tagovailoa’s younger brother, Taulia, announced that he was committing to Alabama.
According to AL.com, the younger Tagovailoa made his decision prior to Saturday’s spring game at Bryant-Denny Stadium:
Taulia Tagovailoa, the brother of Tua Tagovailoa, committed to Alabama on Saturday.
The four-star quarterback prospect and member of the 2019 recruiting class announced the decision at Alabama’s A-Day spring game.
According to the 247Sports composite, Tagovailoa is the No. 6 pro-style quarterback in the class of 2019 and the No. 8 overall recruit from the state of Alabama.
Tagovailoa is the ninth player in Alabama’s 2019 class, which ranked No. 2 in the SEC and No. 4 nationally prior to his commitment, per 247Sports.
