Since leaving Alabama after winning the 2015 Heisman Trophy, RB Derrick Henry has been consistently improving for the Tennessee Titans at the NFL level.

The 2019 season was his best yet, as he rushed 303 times for 1,540 yards and 16 touchdowns while leading the Titans to the AFC Championship Game.

If his recent workouts are any indication, he could be even better in 2020. Look at this incredible workout video that was posted on social media, where Henry sprints up a steep hill after some footwork on the ground:

Henry is already tough enough to bring down. If his legs get any stronger, it’s going to be a problem for opposing defenders.

Watch out for Henry and the Titans this fall!
