As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to spread, it has covered all 50 states in the U.S.

Now, it has made its way to the Alabama football family. Per a tweet from Tereon Anderson, the father of Alabama freshman LB Will Anderson, his parents have both tested positive and are in the hospital.

You can see Tereon’s tweet below, saying that he and Will’s aunt can’t visit their parents in the ICU:

Tereon confirmed that Will’s grandparents are doing OK for now, but Will’s grandfather is in a medically induced coma:

“They’re doing good, holding tight,” Tereon Anderson told BamaOnLine. “My mom, she’s a little bit more stable. My dad, he’s still in a medically-induced coma. He’s on a ventilator, so we’re definitely praying that he pulls through. Right now, it just has to run its course.”

Hopefully, Will’s grandparents make a full recovery. Our thoughts are with him and the Anderson family during this time.
