Henry To’o To’o transferred from Tennessee to Alabama this offseason, and he’s already making an impact on his new team.

He played a big role in the middle of the Alabama defense on Saturday in the Tide’s season-opening win over Miami, recording 7 tackles in the 44-13 victory.

On Tuesday, To’o To’o spoke with the media, saying the opportunity to play for Nick Saban drew him to Tuscaloosa:

Saban has won 7 national championships in his legendary career, including 6 at Alabama. Therefore, it’s no surprise that players would want to flock to Tuscaloosa to play for him.

To’o To’o briefly left Saturday’s game with an elbow injury. We’ll see if he’s back to full strength this weekend.
