It took exactly 1 quarter for Alabama fans to get fed up with new OC Steve Sarkisian
Alabama was favored by as many as 35 points in some places entering a Week 1 matchup against Duke in Atlanta.
However, entering the second quarter, the score was tied 0-0. Fans were already getting frustrated with new OC Steve Sarkisian.
Many flocked to Twitter, expressing frustration after a scoreless first quarter of play:
Bama needs to fire Sark now… he’s absolutely horrible

Never underestimate the ability of Sark to to make an explosive offense stagnant.

Alabama held scoreless in the 1st quarter under Sark? Where have I seen that before!

Who would have thought a Sark coached team would have trouble scoring..

Yeah Alabama isn't going to be how they usually are this year. Sark is a God awful offensive coordinator. No clue why Saban hired him.

Alabama did score with 10 minutes left in the second quarter, easing those concerns a little bit. We’ll see how the Crimson Tide offense fares moving forward.
Since Sark came over from the Atlanta Falcons after a couple of disappointing seasons, maybe it’s just something about Atlanta that gives him fits?
