Former Alabama QB Jake Coker wasn’t invited to the NFL Combine, so the starting signal-caller for last year’s national champs has to force his way in front of NFL eyes.

According to SEC Country, Coker will participate in South Alabama’s Pro Day this Monday in Mobile, Ala. Coker threw at the Crimson Tide’s Pro Day back on March 9.

His quarterback coach David Morris told SEC Country that Coker has spent time with the Jaguars’ receivers.

The Mobile native is coming off the two biggest games of his life, both in last year’s College Football Playoff. Coker went a superb 25 of 30 for a career-high 286 yards with 2 TDs against Michigan State before setting a new career-high with 335 yards to go with another 2 TDs in Alabama’s 45-40 win over Clemson in the national championship game.

According to CBSSports.com, Coker is projected to either be a seventh-round pick or go undrafted in this year’s NFL Draft.
