Jalen Milroe is living the life.

The standout Alabama QB turned 21 on Wednesday and chose a unique, but awesome way to celebrate. Milroe’s Instagram story showed the Alabama quarterback a few hundred feet above Tuscaloosa in a helicopter with a “Birthday vibes!” caption.

The helicopter flew over Bryant-Denny Stadium and shows about 10 seconds of the college town from the air. Check it out below:

As you can probably imagine, several Alabama fans in the comments jokingly told Milroe something to the effect of “please, Jalen, come down from the scary helicopter with the CFP semifinals less than 3 weeks away.”

Milroe and the Crimson Tide draw Michigan after downing Georgia in the SEC championship game, and it’s hard not to get excited about the prospect of this game. The Wolverines have yet to lose this season, but QB JJ McCarthy has struggled some to end the year after the quality of Michigan’s opponents turned up a notch.

Exactly opposite is Milroe, who has only improved since Alabama’s lone loss to Texas early in the season. Milroe finished 6th in the Heisman voting and many believe he had a real case to make it to New York for the Heisman ceremony.

The Wolverines defense is stout, but it hasn’t faced a QB like Milroe this season. We’ll see who comes out on top on Monday, Jan. 1 at the Rose Bowl.
