Jarran Reed, former Alabama DT, signs 2-year deal with NFL team

Jarran Reed is heading back to Seattle after a 2-year hiatus. The former Alabama defensive tackle was originally drafted by the Seattle Seahawks and played there for 5 years before playing a season in Kansas City and Green Bay.
On Tuesday, Reed signed a 2-year deal worth a max of $10.8 million to return to Seattle.

Reed spent 2 seasons at Alabama from 2014-2015 after some time at East Mississippi CC. While at Alabama he totaled 111 tackles, 11 tackles for loss and 2 sacks. He was selected in the 2nd round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
Reed played well in Green Bay last season, too. He totaled a career high 52 tackles with 2.5 sacks and 2 fumble recoveries.
