Julio Jones sets Atlanta Falcons record in first half against Green Bay Packers

The Atlanta Falcons drafted former Alabama star WR Julio Jones with the No. 6 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft and haven’t regretted it for a second.

He’s been a 7-time Pro Bowl receiver and has put together a number of outstanding seasons. On Monday night against the Green Bay Packers, he set a franchise record.

As you can see below, he made his 809th career catch in the first half against Green Bay, putting him in first place on the Falcons’ all-time receptions list:

Jones could well be on his way to another Pro Bowl appearance this year, as he continues to put up big numbers.

How many records will he have before all is said and done? He seems to have a few more prime years left moving forward.
