Justin Thomas was in a great mood on Monday as he celebrated his second major championship coming off the win at the PGA Championship in Tulsa, Oklahoma when he captured the title following a 3-hole playoff.

Thomas, a well-known former Alabama golfer who is friends with Nick Saban, did not miss an opportunity to troll Texas A&M coach Jimbo Fisher after the frenzied back and forth exchange with Saban last week.

Thomas was asked how long he celebrates the major championship, and he agreed with Saban’s 24-hour rule about football victories.

“I got a 24-hour rule,” Thomas said. “I’m not sure what Jimbo Fisher’s rule is, I guess he’s got to win something first before he figures out his rule. I’m playing next week, so we’ll enjoy it, but at the same time, we’re in the middle of a very, very big stretch this season. It’s great to be able to spend this time with my team, but it’s back to work.”
