Katherine Webb unhappy with NFL Network's locker room nudity
Katherine Webb would prefer for her husband’s private parts to be kept private. And other players’ parts too.
Recently, the NFL Network aired an interview with Adam Jones of the Cincinnati Bengals. Several of his teammates’ naked bodies can be seen in the background.
Webb, whose husband, quarterback A.J. McCarron, plays for the Bengals, was less than thrilled to see players’ naked bodies on her televsion set, and expressed her opinion about it on Twitter.
Some readers may deem this tweet not safe for work.
I would rather my husbands ass/penis not be all over TV. Would you like to be filmed while naked? https://t.co/0cWsGDE5zj

No missing the point. Players should have their privacy. I’m sure female reports would rather not be in there https://t.co/1FjAXHQxPH

The media has no business in the locker room PERIOD , before of after a game !!! If they can’t get their interviews outside the locker room then so be it !!!!!!
right on
Actually, female reporters fought for and won the right to be in there. They wanted equal access and the NFL gave in. In the old days, the women would wait outside the LR while the men reporter got to go in.
The issue is reporters want the raw emotion immediately following the games while most players hate losing their privacy which causes tension between the two groups.
They should make all reporters wait outside the LR to do interviews….. but the media would flip and the NFL would cave…
Well maybe he shouldn’t be runnin around naked (pronounced necked) in the locker room, just a thought. But I agree the reporters should wait outside.
My father coached in the NFL for 15 years. I always thought that I should have been allowed in the cheerleaders’ locker room since female reporters were allowed in the players’ locker room. I would have been happy to ask them a few questions.
Ha. Clever. Your Internet virility is impeccable
I just wanna know why we don’t see any of this locker room nudity from the WNBA…
Who wants to?
True enough… maybe soccer?
Because their penises are bigger than yours…
That’s not what your mom said…
I feel that the players should be allowed privacy in their locker room and that the news media could still have access to them, just in an area set aside that does not catch the players that aren’t being interviewed and may not be clothed.
Reporters have no right to be in the locker room. None.
Where else are interviews conducted while the interviewees are taking showers and changing clothes?
Louisville basketball dorms! lol
naww failed attempt
I honestly don’t see the relevancy of this article.
Who honestly cares what she has to say..?
Worry about you modeling, hole.
You would be singing a different tune if it was your wife/Girlfriend naked on the NFL Network.
Wife of a former high profile SEC player talking about a potentially compromising situation for said player on an SEC website. Gee, wonder how that could be relevant. I’m glad her job (or sex) makes her less qualified to have an opinion than you. And what’s your job? Professional misogynist/chronic masturbator?
Katherine Webb is right on! How well do any of you think it would go over if the media came in to a females’ locker room while they were naked and filming was taking place! A.J . McCarron is the best Quarterback the Bengals have and to emphasize the Management’s intelligent level look how much he has played. The Bengal’s are extremely fortunate to have a classy family like the McCarron’s to be apart of their team. Wake up and smell the roses.
You’re right, Andy Dalton is garbage. All he has done is lead arguably the best (at the moment) team in the NFL to an undefeated start and pioneered one of the best offenses in the league. All the while playing like arguably the best QB in the league. But you’re right, they should definitely sit him and put in an inexperienced 2nd year QB who has been injured more than he has been healthy during his NFL career. C’mon man.
imagine you crash your car and total on the same day every single year, that is Andy Dalton’s NFL career RedAndBlack
Reporters shouldn’t be in the locker room ever IMO, but they have a job to do and the players will never seek them out in a press room, so yeah, them being banned from the locker room won’t ever happen.
Look, there’s a simple solution to this. The NFL makes a 10 or 20-minute rule (or shorter/longer), giving players time to square themselves away while still giving press access to the locker room. But of course, this is the NFL, so they’ll do the exact opposite of fix it…they’ll do nothing, while maybe suggesting to female reporters to “just not look there”…(and the males who’re bothered by the naked body, of course)
Shaddup buckedtooth!
I think we should do whatever Katherine Webb says…. like immediately.
She’s missing the point. Neither females nor reporters with cameras should go into the men’s locker room. Are we putting male reporters in the girls locker room? Okay. Case closed. Mrs. Webb should try to sound as if she learned to think clearly in college.
