Former Alabama 5-star DB Kendall Sheffield transferring to JUCO

Former Alabama redshirt freshman cornerback Kendall Sheffield is transferring to Blinn Junior College in Brenham, Texas.
Sheffield is just the latest talented transfer for Alabama this offseason.
If you’ll remember, Blinn JUCO is where Cam Newton attended after Florida and prior to Auburn. Sheffield is eligible to transfer to an SEC school after two semesters at Blinn.
He’ll have three years of eligibility remaining after the 2016 season at Blinn.
The Missouri City, Texas, native will ironically play with Jhavonte Dean, who is rated as the country’s No. 6 overall JUCO prospect in the country and is currently committed to Alabama.
A graduate of the University of Florida and founder of Saturday Down South, Kevin is a college football enthusiast.
