Following Alabama’s 41-9 victory over Arkansas on Saturday night, many fans headed to downtown Tuscaloosa to celebrate.

However, an early morning altercation broke out outside of Rounders, a popular club on the University Boulevard strip, resulting in one 28-year-old man getting shot in the lower back.

According to a police statement obtained by AL.com, both suspects are facing charges and are being held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail:

“Witnesses advised that the victim is standing outside Rounders when Tamarcus Ikner comes up to him and there is an altercation,” a police statement read. “Tamarcus Ikner then goes back to the vehicle and gets a gun from Kenneth Ikner. Tamarcus Ikner then chases the victim a few feet and shoots him. Tamarcus Ikner is being charged with Attempted Murder and Kenneth Ikner is being charged with Assault in the 1st degree. Both will be held in the Tuscaloosa County Jail on $60,000 bond each.”

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment, but it is unclear at this time what his condition is.
