By almost every projection out there, Alabama DL Quinnen Williams is going to be a top-five pick in the 2019 NFL Draft.
Currently, ESPN analyst Mel Kiper Jr. has Williams projected No. 3 overall to the New York Jets. On Tuesday, he had a conference call with media members to discuss some NFL Draft prospects.
While discussing Williams, he compared him to Los Angeles Rams DL Aaron Donald — the 2018 NFL Defensive Player of the Year and the 2018 sacks leader:
Mel Kiper Jr.: "Quinnen Williams with the year he had, he was the closest thing to Aaron Donald that you saw this year in college. He was in that backfield, he was destroying double teams, he was pursuing to the sideline. He’s a hard-working kid, hustles."

It should be noted that Kiper didn’t exactly compare Williams to the best defensive player in the NFL today, but did say that he had a lot of the same traits at the college level.
Whatever team gets Williams will be getting a guy who can make an impact from Day 1.
