Miami is off to a rough start against No. 1 Alabama in Atlanta on Saturday afternoon. At the end of the first quarter, Alabama holds a 10-0 lead and is driving once again.

And, now, Miami will be without one of its best defensive players for the rest of the game, as Bubba Bolden was ejected for targeting.

As you can see below, Bolden lowered the crown of his helmet on Alabama RB Brian Robinson Jr. on the final play of the first quarter:

Bolden will miss the entire rest of Saturday’s game, but he’ll be eligible to return in Week 2.

Bolden is one of the captains for Miami this year, so his loss will be a big one for the Hurricanes to overcome.
