Najee Harris was removed from the Pittsburgh Steelers injury report Friday afternoon and will play against the New England Patriots this weekend.

NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport shared the news.

Harris was limited in practice all week after injuring his foot during the season opener against the Cincinnati Bengals. He rushed for just 23 yards on 10 carries in Week 1.

A first-round pick (24th overall) by the Steelers in the 2021 NFL Draft, Harris rushed for 1,200 yards and seven touchdowns last year. He added 74 catches for 467 yards and made the Pro Bowl.

Harris helped lead Alabamaa to a CFP national title in 2020. He rushed for 3,843 in four seasons with the Crimson Tide.
