Nick Saban comments on Alabama’s first half performance against Texas A&M
Aside from a second-quarter run by Texas A&M, Alabama has dominated the first half of its home opener against the Aggies.
Heading into halftime, Alabama is up 35-14 on the Aggies.
Mac Jones completed 16 of 20 passes for 273 yards with two touchdowns and one interception in the first half of the game. John Metchie is having a career game, with four catches for 118 yards and a touchdown.
Nick Saban was impressed with his quarterback but took issue with his team’s running ability and run defense in the first half.
Nick Saban likes what he's seen from Mac Jones so far today.
