Alabama will try to replace star WR Calvin Ridley this fall, but that’s a task that will be easier said than done.
One player who will be counted on to step up is rising sophomore WR Jerry Jeudy, but the talented young player suffered an injury this week.
On Tuesday, coach Nick Saban confirmed that Jeudy had injured his knee, but said it was not a serious thing:
Saban: Jerry Jeudy hurt his knee off the field, not on the field. He had to get a scope. It's not serious.

However, Jeudy isn’t the only one dealing with an injury, as Raekwon Davis and Trevon Diggs also missed Tuesday’s practice session:
Saban said Raekwon Davis, Trevon Diggs and Jerry Jeudy were out of practice today with injuries.

Saban: Raekwon hurt an ankle "goofing off" off the field (he seemed exceptionally perturbed about this). Jerry Jeudy hurt a knee, also an off-field injury. Trevon Diggs also hurt an ankle.

It’s still only the spring, so there is plenty of time for those players to get healthy and get back on the field. Still, it’s a concerning sign, as spring practices are a chance for players to get ahead on their preparations for the summer and fall.
