Nick Saban shares his thoughts on Alabama’s first-half performance against Ole Miss
Following a slow start, Alabama turned it on in the second quarter against Ole Miss to jump out to a big 38-10 halftime lead against the Rebels.
You wouldn’t know it by the score at the break, but Alabama was losing following the first quarter, as the score was 10-7 in favor of Ole Miss heading into the second quarter. That score represented the first time Alabama did not hold the lead this season.
Then Alabama outscored Ole Miss 31-0 in the second quarter.
Heading into the locker room for halftime, Nick Saban shared the following comments on his team’s first-half performance.
