Nick Saban is well aware of the challenge that awaits Alabama as it faces Arkansas on Saturday in Fayetteville.

Sam Pittman was a longtime offensive line coach before taking the reins of the Razorbacks program, most recently at Georgia under Kirby Smart, and before that at Arkansas and Tennessee (among his many stops). In his 3rd season as a head coach, the Hogs’ front 5 has contributed to the team’s success as a whole, and it’s an area Saban hopes his defensive line can neutralize.

“Those guys are tough, man. They’re physical. They play hard. They do a great job of doing what they do well. They’re really well-coached,” he said on Wednesday during his weekly press conference, according to 247Sports. “I think it’s a reflection of Sam’s personality, and that’s how their whole team is, and that’s what makes them really a good team. They’ve got good players, but they’ve got great, like, mental and physical toughness and really play hard and play together as a group.”

The Tide will look to make it 15 straight against the Razorbacks on Saturday, a 3:30 p.m. ET kickoff on CBS.
