The Alabama Crimson Tide have not had the season many drew up earlier this year as they sit at 8-2 after Saturday’s 30-24 win over Ole Miss, but there is no doubt that this is still a tough team to beat for anyone and that it is littered with future NFL talent.

Just one of the team’s standout players is up and coming wide receiver Ja’Corey Brooks.

“Ja’Corey Brooks has played really well for us,” head coach Nick Saban said when he recently met with the media. “The guy’s a dog.”

Brooks has garnered some attention as one of the younger members of Alabama’s receiving corps, most recently reeling in 4 receptions for 61 yards, an average of 15.2 yards per catch and 1 touchdown in the victory over the Rebels in which he led the team in receiving yards.
