Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide defended their home turf to take down No. 15 Ole Miss 24-10 on Saturday afternoon.

It was a big win for Saban and the Tide over Lane Kiffin after a busy week of talking from the Ole Miss side. QB Jalen Milroe, back as the starter after being benched last week, was solid in the win.

He completed 17 of his 21 passes for 225 yards, 1 touchdown and 1 interception. He also ran for 28 yards. After the game, Saban was complimentary of his quarterback, saying there were plenty of positives to take away from Week 4:

You can bet there will be plenty of film work done ahead of next week so Milroe’s reads continue to improve and he doesn’t get fooled into throwing costly interceptions.

But for now, this win was a good one for the Tide and Milroe has cemented himself as the starter in Tuscaloosa for another week.
