Nick Saban grew up a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, but on Sunday, he’ll be pulling for Pennsylvania’s other NFL team.

Former Alabama standouts Landon Dickerson, Jalen Hurts, Josh Jobe and DeVonta Smith are members of the Philadelphia Eagles. Ahead of Sunday’s championship showdown between the Eagles and the Kansas City Chiefs, the Alabama football team’s Twitter account shared a video message from Saban wishing his former players good luck.

“This is to Jalen, Landon, Smitty, Josh: So proud of you guys for having a great season. This is what you work for, to have a chance like this to play in the Super Bowl,” Saban said.

“I wish you the best of luck. We’ll be watching, we’ll be rooting for you. You guys have a good one, man. We’re pulling for you. God bless you. Roll Tide!”

The SEC has 23 former players in the Super Bowl. Alabama, Florida, Georgia and Mississippi State lead the conference with 4 players each.
